而納威爾自主研發(fā)的鋁箔封口質(zhì)量檢測機，是通過紅外熱像儀對熱封后的瓶口進(jìn)行熱像拍攝，并將熱像圖傳入圖像處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析識別。對熱像圖的溫度分布進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析，判斷工件密封性。不合格品被剔除，合格品則送至下一工序。
